About REEDSMANN?

REEDSMANN is a digital content agency which specialises in producing grief guides, grief resources and other digital content specifically designed for funeral directors.

REEDSMANN was founded by journalist and author – Mark Alexander.

Who is Mark Alexander?

Mark Alexander is a journalist and the author of three books about grief. His first book – Me, My Grief And I: Life Goes On, was published two years after the death of his long-term partner. It started as an eBook which became a best-seller by accident.

You need to register an account in order to be able to purchase our grief guides and resources.

Your account allows you to view your purchases and manage your downloads.

Can I purchase products without an account?

You can browse and add items to your basket but you will be asked to login to your account or register an account on checkout.

What payments system do you use?

We accept Direct Bank Transfers.

Do you store my payment information?

No. We don’t handle any payments through the website. We don’t require or store any payment information.
